Heal This Location - I am located directly across the street from Herban Market. The Format Pilates studio is on the first floor. Our double doors/entrance is to the right of the FORMAT Pilates Studio when you are facing the building.
In the lobby take the elevator or stairs to 2nd floor. When you exit the elevator turn right. Tennessee Alternative Medicine (glass door) is on your left. Please wait in the waiting room. You can text me “here” and I’ll be right out to get you!
